Our Principal Consultant and Managing Director, Rob Franklin, has been a professional engineer for nearly 30 years with the last 16 years providing professional engineering consultancy services to some of the biggest engineering companies in the UK. Rob specialises in the management of complex multidiscipline engineering projects within large EPC programmes for both public and private sector clients. Over many years, Rob has developed a deep understanding of the engineering risks associated with complex project delivery and he uses this experience to advise clients on how to simplify and de-risk engineering projects to shape successful engineering outcomes.
